Projects
From my studying computer science at university to expressing my creativity through utilising my business acumen, I have a diverse range of interests. These are some the technical and non-technical projects I have undertaken.
Cras Domus Society
Co-founder and Vice President
Cras Domus is a university society that my colleagues and I founded to create a community of student entrepreneurs, innovators and artists. We aim to inspire collaboration through actively building businesses, providing the infrastructure and community to develop original ideas, as well as creating a safe place to fail and make mistakes.

E-Scooter Web Application
Team Leader and Full Stack Engineer
I worked in a team to develop a web application named Sküt. This involved implementing several features from scratch for a coursework including: registration and login, booking, simulating payments with validation, feedback options, discount options and account settings etc. I led my team to work across four 2-week long sprints with frequent sprint reviews and stand-ups. I also worked across the frontend and backend to ensure functionality and usability.

Xv6 Operating System
Individual Coursework
I independently developed the shell of an Operating System (Xv6) using the C programming language. I used string parsing, arrays and other functionalities to implement the OS without any stdio or string libraries. This was an individual coursework for a module that I successfully implemented in 10 days.

Chatbot
Individual Project
I independently developed a chatbot using the C programming language. I chose to tailor the chatbot towards helping people compile a grocery list through conversation and considering dietary requirements, then printing the list at the end. I used string parsing, .txt files, arrays and other functionalities to implement it over multiple C files which were combined using a CMakes list.

Stuffed Business
Managing Director
My leadership skills and financial and entrepreneurial acumen were recognised by my peers, and I was elected to be the Managing director of my Young Enterprise team. In my role, I created our business plan and led our team to sell in 5 different locations around Edinburgh, making over £800 in profit in 2 months. For my role, I received my School’s first annual 'Ingram Quaich for Business Enterprise’.

Talent 2030 National Engineering Competition Winner
15-16 age category winner
My friend and I won the Talent 2030 National Engineering Competition for Girls in 2019. Our idea was to use recycled plastic to help improve the lives of refugees. I was invited to the Rolls-Royce Headquarters in Derby to discuss our project where I spoke with professionals and engaged in practical sessions. Find out more here.
I also was a shortlisted finalist 2 years prior with my idea to use drones to help endangered animals.
